• aomi offers a one-time replacement policy for all the products.
  • Customers can return their order within 30 days of the order date.
  • All returns must be in unused and resalable condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • If you choose to self-ship your returns, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service.


  • You can request a refund against any of your order within 15 days of its date of delivery.
  • All refunds will be added to the customer’s aomi Wallet, after deducting Rs.99 as shipping charges if the pickup was arranged by aomi. For self-shipped returns, no amount will be deducted towards shipping charges.

How long does the refund procedure take?

The refund procedure will be initiated within 24 hours once we receive your product. Once initiated, the amount will be transferred to your bank account within 7-10 working days.

Where should I return my product?

If your pin code is serviced by our courier partners for Reverse pickups, we will arrange a pickup and before arranging the pickup for the return we will update you via email about the pickup time and then the product shall be returned. You can also send the product to our corporate office mentioned below.
